Lgd 4033, also known as ligandrol, is a popular sarm that claims to help users build muscle mass, but there's no scientific evidence that it enhances muscle growth in any way. While EGCG does not increase muscle function, it does offer some health benefits and it's been used in herbal supplements to improve digestive health, so it's a bit easier to swallow than Lgd 4033. The Bottom Line There's no shortage of supplements or supplements that promise to build muscle mass, but you can safely skip Lgd 4033 for its lack of evidence. If you want to gain muscle mass, get muscle-building foods like protein, lean green veggies, and lean meats that are high in nutrients like amino acids and antioxidants.
